Haridwar Tour Package operates as a specialized sacred pilgrimage tour division of KV Tours Pvt. Ltd. All invoices, receipts, and service vouchers are issued under this entity.
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the stipulated token advance payment and written confirmation voucher issued by our desk. For Kumbh Mela 2027 luxury camp accommodations, booking terms follow specific allotment guidelines due to severe peak season constraints.
Vehicles are provided as per the approved itinerary. In Uttarakhand hill routes and during Kumbh Mela traffic cordons, vehicle movement is strictly governed by local police and administrative regulations. Guests are advised to follow designated walking corridors escorted by our local coordinators.
Cancellations requested 15 days or more prior to departure are subject to standard retention charges. Within 15 days of departure or during official Kumbh Shahi Snan dates, advance payments for camps and reserved vehicles are non-refundable due to non-recoverable operational commitments.
We are not liable for delays, rerouting, or cancellations caused by natural landslides, adverse weather in hill passes, sudden governmental restrictions, or civil events beyond our direct control.
